Not always. I bought an outfit for 10 from the store that I saw at JCpenny for 12 on sale.

It depends when you go. I went to the store on president's day weekend and they had buy 1 get 1 free. It came out cheaper than just going to JCP or Kohl's. But I agree about regular days when the sales aren't as good.

There is no Burlington's around here. As far as JCPenny, everything is more expensive in that store here. I bought a few onesies for 5 bucks, that would have been 12 at Pennys!

Plus, with the BOGO or the half off sale they've been having in store and online..it's super cheap.

I just bought a bunch of 9m stuff a few days ago when they had free shipping! Loooove their clothes.

Everything I looked at was $12 regular price at Pennys, $20 reg at Carters, so unless there's a bogo sale what i wanted wasnt

Burlington is best if you have it, same turn me around outfits for $8.99 regular price.
