What to make with bread?

DH works at a bakery and brings home bread after almost every shift. We have a ton of bread now, I seriously won't need to buy any for a long time. I tried to donate a bunch of it to a food pantry but they won't take it from private homes. Anyways, I thought about making French toast and freezing it so it is something quick and easy to make for breakfast, but I am wondering if there is anything else I can make with bread and freeze. Any ideas?

Prep it for garlic bread to go with pasta

dry it up, and ground it up with herbs for bread crumbs
