Al was 4.7# at birth, but doubled his birthweight by his due date. He always is in the 10th-15th percentile. CJ started at the 50th, and has now fallen off the chart. He's gained maybe 12 ounces in about a month. He's 13.2 now and was 13 even last week. Even after supplementing. I see his pedi on Monday, so we'll see what he says. I have a nurse come out that has been monitoring him, so he hasn't seen his pedi about it yet.

Wow, so do they think there might be like an underlying condition? If I remember right, you started the supplementing like a month ago, I'd think you'd see some improvement by now! I hope things get better!

Oh and Ethan is a big boy! Hayden is only 14 lbs 9 oz right now

I'm not sure, I really hope not. I'm hoping they can figure this out-and soon! He's continuing to grow lengthwise though, he's about 25 1/4 inches right now.

I was giving him Enfamil lipil-but mixed to 24 cal, 5 oz H2O, 3 scoops. They switched him to Similac Sensitive (WIC doesn't do enfamil) and now he's throwing up. I thought that when he did it sunday, it was a bug or something, but I tried it again tonight and he threw up 1 hour later. It's just a big ol' mess.

huh, wic here only does enfamil? We aren't even that far apart! weird. Can you get a doctor's note for the enfamil? Are you mixing the Similac to 24 cal?

I don't know if you can get a note, good idea. I'm gonna call tomorrow. I mixed it to the 24 cal, but he just doesn't seem to tolerate it. I nursed him after he threw up, and he fell asleep, no more vomit. When Al was a baby they did Enfamil too, but they switched contracts, I guess?

Some greens babies dont tolerate due a PH level thing and thier taste buds. Try em again when is older, things will chage. Broccoli is the same way, alot of kids dont 'like' it until they are 1 or 2.
