HELP!

soo kinda embarrasing but whatever.. we ran out of formula & my bf ran out to go cash in some cans & im not sure how long that will take & then hes going to get formula. he told me to use what was left in the container & mix in 4 oz of water. & there wasnt much formula left but maybe a half a scoop.. i mixed it with 4 oz of water but she doesnt want it when i know shes hungry.. im not sure what I should do?

Call the food bank? Don't dilute her formula. That's not healthy.

It shouldn't take that long to cash in the cans. How long ago did she eat?

Did you nurse at all? Like if you were to express your breasts would you get anything? In a pinch you could try that. Well, that depends how old she is. I don't know how long ago she was born. I didn't check your profile to see if breast milk is still an option.

Don't give her improperly mixed formula. You can give her water poisoning. Babies should never have water. Do you have enough in cans for formula? You might need to call in a favor from a friend or loved one.

Don't dilute it, that's bad. I think by now you guys should realize when you're down to the last day of formula.

Can you ask one of your parents to Loan you money? I'm sure they won't say no

You can give her bananas ! just mash them up good ! Does she have teeth ?

Why not just put the right amount of water for the formula? Some is better than none until your so can get home with the formula.

I read on your profile she's like 4 months right? If she's fussing and hungry I would just mash up bananas and see if she'd eat them. It's not the best but it won't kill her this one time until he can bring back formula. Better than nothing.
