Soda and what's in it...

I'll start off by saying that I do drink soda occasionally...so I'm not some crazy fanatic trying to get people to stop. I just want to share something that I found interesting.

Some sodas have brominated vegetable oil in them (like Mountain Dew and Fanta). This chemical is a fire retardant and is known to be harmful. Google it if you're interested.

You realize that most food the general population eats has crap in it that's awful for us?

Lol I love coke, although I only drink the imported bottles from Mexico. I like the taste better. (they use real sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup)

But much like other things I enjoy that I'm not fond of the ingredients, I pretend it's just made from love and happiness.

Like gyros. Lamb meat grosses me out, so I pretend it's not lamb.

Good for you!! I'm down to only having one once in a while. I made a rule that I don't buy it at the grocery store, so if I want a soda I have to walk to the corner store to get one.

I just decided to drop sodas all together it's been about 10 days with no soda a lot and 3 weeks since I decided to start get rid of sodas I also got rid of juices especially the sweetened juices for right now and I'm drink mostly water.

Yep. Someone posted about it on fb, I didn't believe it then googled it.

I was like is this gunna stop me from drinking pepsi? Nope.

I was grossed out when I found out McDonalds uses horse meat. But I still like McDonalds.
