A sleep disorder? I feel so lost....

Okay, so my son is 9 months old now and things are just not going well for me....

I feel so discouraged as a mother; like I don't know what I am doing half the time or I just haven't gotten the swing of anything yet and Reagan is 9 MONTHS for goodness sake!

He STILL wakes up to eat around 2 or 3 am....isn't he supposed to phase out of that by now?

I guess the hardest part is getting Reagan to sleep. He is sleepy but he just doesn't fall asleep....When I go back to his room for bedtime or naptime I swaddle him (because he just wiggles and flails if I don't) and give him some warm bottle, sing to him and rock him. He will just turn his head and stare at NOTHING forEVER. I have rocked him for 2 hours straight before!

I have tried just laying him down, but he rolls around until he gets out of his swaddle and then rocks back and forth on his knees, talking until he gets mad and then fusses.....

I just need help...I don't know what to do and I don't think my Pediatrician is taking anything seriously....

I just need some advise or help here.....please!!!

Some children dont sleep the entire night till well after a year old.

My daughter is 14 months old and still wakes up for a bottle at least once a night. Last night she was up twice for a bottle. The night before she was awake at 2am and didnt go back to sleep till well after i went to work,

My daughter didn't sleep through the night until over a year. At 9 months she still woke up for a bottle. She woke up so rigidly at the same time that I had the bottle ready and waiting for her.

Some children don't sleep through the night until they are much older than 9 months.

These are the TYPICAL frustrations of being a mom.
