nails...

is it safe to get acrylic nails during pregnancy? i really want to go get my nails done but i remember someone telling me it was harmful in the past... andwhat about spray tan? im slightly a tanning freak and now that i cant tan a spray tan would be nice   im only about 5 weeks pregnant (just found out) so i havnt seen my doctor yet to ask these questions didnt know if anyone knew the answers ;D thanks

The nails are fine just be in a very well ventilated area as the chemicals are bad same as hair dying

As for tanning you can use a spray tan that has a brown sugar base or another natural base such as that the uv can over heat you at the least not even the other issues that can happen

I spray tanned twice while I was pregnant because I was in weddings, it was fine, however if you're talking repeatedly spray tanning then I don't know on that
