35 weeks/labor?

posted 28th Feb
Ever since last night, I'm having inconsistent contractions with diarrhea and nausea. Is that normal for 35 weeks? I don't think I need to rush in to the dr or anything, I just don't remember having this with my son. I'm wondering if it's just my body getting ready for labor super early or if it's an indicator I may go early? Any thoughts? Oh, and I've rested and I'm hydrated.

How long have you been having the diarrhea? You may be a little dehydrated. Push fluids and call your OB. If you're having actual contractions, most places will still stop them at this point.

Just since the contractions started last night. I wasn't sure if they would stop them yet or not... thanks.

They should, if they're real. It's too early for baby.

I'm due on the same day. Yeah, I have been having horrible pain at night and the doc said not to worry unless i get more that 4 in an hour. He said it was just Braxton Hicks and Round Ligament pain. I also have been having stomach issues this last week. My morning sickness came back- I think our babies are running out of room, lol!

I am due the same week and having the same problems. They told me to rest and take it easy and push fluids.

I know that I am a few weeks behind you, but I have been having these same issues for about two weeks now. My doctor says it's a normal part of the process, and that everything happens earlier with twins! It is miserable though! I did end up at the hospital for dehydration, so make sure that you push the fluids and if you get to the point where you can't keep down anything, go to the hospital. Dehydration can put you into labor! Take care, and hope you get to feeling better!

Thanks ladies, I feel better knowing it's normal. I didn't get the feeling that it was true labor since it wasn't consistent. And it's eased up since last night, thank goodness!
