I'm being Induced.

Due to my pre eclampsia I started getting induced last night at 9, I was on the hospital all day yesterday and today. They checked me before I was being induced and I was already 1 cm. the contractions are 2-4 minutes apart. And hurt!!!! I was giving something to help me sleep and it did for like an hour or 2. Please keep me and Daniel in your prayers and thought. I'm only 32 weeks and I'm nervous but they gave me the steroid shots to help his little lungs

Thanks, me too. It hurts like hell! I wish I new breathing techniques lol. I hope he's okay and they said that I can breast feed still but not at first they'll have me pump right away until he's bigger.

the pain will get worse before it gets better haha but it WILL get better!

and yep, they will either store it in their fridge or give it via feeding tube until he can be put to the breast (probably about 2 weeks i think 34 weeks is when they learn to suck)

Awwww I went through the same thing last week! I'll be praying for a short stay on the nicu for your baby! Good luck !

Oh, when i was pregnant with DD i was told to count ceiling tiles to distract me from the pain of the contractions. It helped alot. And if they let you, get up and walk the hallways.
