when i was on my diet i lost 90 pounds. i use to weigh 206 pounds at the age of 14. i had high blood pressure and was a pre - diabetic. anyways.. basically i just started exercising! i did yoga, walked, and danced. i would do yoga every single day for 30 minutes each day. then if it was warm outside i would go out and walk for hour or 30 minutes. i also counted calories, you can look up online your right calorie amount based on your height, and age. count your total fat intake. once again based on height and age. i cut out all sweets, cokes, and potato chips.. yes, but a bag in front of me ill eat the whole bag lol! but remember to reward yourself, have a sweet maybe once a week! it's something gradually you have to really go into. it took me 9 months but it was totally worth every bit of it, i feel sooooo much better.
