Question, pH balance?

Okay, so I'm curious & have no idea if this could even be related. For the past few months, id say 4-5 I have been late for my period. Sometimes just a couple days, well this month it was 8 days late. So what I'm asking is, could my pH balance affect my period being late?

No, and it's not likely that people even have a pH imbalance. Difference parts of body have different pH such as urine and mucus but your body's pH level maintains a level of 7.4. You can't deviate more than minimally from this or it causes extreme illness, organ failure, and death.
