no, if that's what the OP is saying, the 26 sex chromosomes will combine uniquely per conception ... -b/c that's an individual (not identical) process that occurs only at the time of conception between the sperm (not identical to the sperm of his identical twin brother) and the egg (not the identical twin sister's egg).

Right...that's what she's arguing, but her SO says otherwise. A couple other people didn't seem to understand what she was asking so I was just trying to clarify what her question actually was. I know it's false though.

they'll be eerily similar, perhaps... but not identical genetically.

No more similar than two children born to the same parents, though. They would be cousins as genetically similar as siblings.
