I get nosebleeds when I'm mad/upset because my blood pressure gets really high. Have you had your blood pressure checked?

Yes, but that is my biggest concern because I am high risk for preeclampsia and I've been getti ng light headed.

Sometimes your doctor can prescribe you a little wrist blood pressure monitor, I'd mention it to your doctor but it could be other things too. Dry air from having the heater running can cause them, dehydration, not enough salt intake, ect.
