Quoting JessieLeeAnne:" This is what I think. I was 200 lbs when I delivered. Nobody said anything about weight or eating healthy to me...just take your vitamins. "I was almost 300 when i delivered my second and my doctor never said a damn thing to me about my weight. I probably gained about 10 more than what was recommended but she just encouraged healthy eating and exercise. Nothing like a doctor to make you feel like even more of a fat ass when your already feeling big.

Quoting Bree-L:" Sorry ladies! Should've given more information! I am 5'2" and I weigh 212lbs (as of today). I was 206 ... [snip!] ... so unfair. :/ Objectively, I think I could cut out sweets (I have a bad sweet tooth) and exercise more, but I'm no doctor. LOL"You are beautiful and sound like you are doing good. Just keep an eye on what goes in a food journal is an excellent idea. I am actually doing gastric bypass and have to keep a journal and its so helpful.
