unless she has a fever she probably isn't contagious unless she is rubbing her spots on others! I would let her play until she feels sick.

They don't look like molluscum, those are more like skin tags:

Do you have any pets? Thats what my DD looked like when we first got our cat, who obviously had fleas :/

I emailed the doctor pics and neither her nor the dermatologist could come to diagnosis based on the pics so she has an appointment tomorrow.

Maybe some kind of hand/foot/mouth? My son had it last year but it was kind of all over his body and it looked just like that. The only other thing that comes to mind is an allergic reaction to something she ate. Maybe try benadryl and see if that helps?
