It's not once u have adult teeth. Your teeth will eventually wear down to nothing if u don't use a bite splint. My teeth are all smooth from it so now I have a bite splint.

I don't really know. I only found out cause my dentist said I was doing it from how smooth my teeth got. Sometimes I do it awake when I'm thinking or not paying attention. I don't notice unless I'm thinking about it. But idk if I did that as a kid or not.

yea, im starting to find myself grinding my teeth WAY more than I think I ever did before O developed this night time teeth grinding issue….its annoying!
