Diaper rash ?

DD is two years old. She has red bumps on her cootchy and it's also red all over. To me it looked like a yeast infection. So I've been putting monistat cream on there the past 3 days and it hasn't cleared up at all. Any ideas? I just put A&D ointment on her last diaper change. Should I call her pediatrician?
