don't worry about it until you see blood... all you can do in the first while is be positive.

Missed miscarriages aren't very common as far as I know. As long as your doctors have no concerns, as hard as it is, I wouldn't either. It's all a big waiting game really for the first part of any pregnancy. Stressing about it doesn't help the little bean out. I'm sure baby will be just fine! Think positive!

If your not bleeding you have nothing to worry about and even if u did bleed that dosent mean you will mis carry either i bled in my last pregnancy for a few weeks but still had a healthy happy little boy try not to worry remember how scary it was for me with my first pregnancy but if u try to keep busy you. Won't think about it constantly

thank you i feel alot better..i did have blood last week and went to the er last monday night they told me i had a threatedned miscarriage im on the progesterone pills starting last week to because my levels were low according to my obgyn..she brought me in first thing tuesday morning when i told her what happend at the er..she was furious that they told me that when they didnt do a sonogram to check the baby all they did was a pelvic exam,i peed in a cup and they took two tubes of blood and checked my hcg levels..she said if they were smart they would know that u dont go off hcg levels right now you go off the babys heart beat..she pretty much brought me in to show me my baby at 8 weeks and that it had a strong heart beat and was fine sense the emergency room doctor really scared me

I didn't bleed when I miscarried my third pregnancy. I carried them for 5 weeks after they had passed away, we had to medically induce it and then needed a D&C weeks after.

Don't worry about it, because worry won't add a minute to your life. Worry also increases the chances of miscarriage from stress, so be optimistic.

Yea sometimes the doctors worry you more i bled at 9 wks went to a&e they made me give a urine sample which camne back still poitive so they brought the doctor to examine me who told me that my cervix was still closed but had lost the baby and sent me home to go back the next day for a scan to see if would need a d and c to take away anything that was left so was sent home thinking my baby had died only to return the next day for my scan and find out that I was still pregnant so understand how u feel ten after that the daily blood checks to make sure the pregnancy hormones are going up apparently they are supposed to double daily

This.

You really have no reason to worry, OP.

I was 8 weeks pregnant when I got up one morning and was bleeding badly. I was devastated but when they did a sonogram the heart was beating and she was fine. I had a sub chorionic hemorrhage. My placenta had a tear the equivalent of a paper cut. I'm 35 weeks pregnant now and all has been well. But don't worry, think positive and don't stress yourself out because that will affect the baby.
