The hospital examined me when I went last Thursday but from what friends told me the place I go for check ups is supposed to be checking me every week at my appointments.

if you trust your friend more than your doctor... maybe you should find a new doctor.

though... I prefer a doctor who doesn't feel the need to be all hands up inside me constantly.

They are not 'supposed' to be doing anything. There is absolutely no point in it. None.

There is no point in checking you so they arent "supposed" to do anything. My OB wont check you unless you are over due or in ACTIVE labor. Even if you ask she tells you no.
