Help Please! I am so freaking miserable. :(

posted 26th Feb
Okay I am going nuts here. I have not pooped in a week. NOTHING is working and I am trying to prevent going to the doctor. So far I have tried upping my water intake which is already more than recommended, I've tried prunes, laxatives, apple juice, upped my fiber intake, and a freaking enema. NOTHING is coming out, not even gas. I am miserable and don't know what else to do. My belly and back are killing me. Every movement hurts.   I've only been constipated once, and I was pregnant with DD.   I know it's gross, but I have no idea what else to try so I figured I ask here since poop is no big deal on parenting sites. LOL!

Talk to a doctor. You may have an obstruction.

Hydrocolonic?

I've gotten them done a few times. Best thing ever. I don't get constipated, I did it to remove old stuff and bloat.

Sooooooooooooooooo wonderfullllllllll. If they weren't $75 per session I'd do them all the time.

I would go see your doctor if nothing is working. You could try Senna tea.. At one point laxatives didn't work for me but Senna tea did.

How about a suppository? I got constipated like that once. I was already in the hospital due to complications in my pregnancy but after likeee 8 days of trying everything else I finally tried a suppository and it worked. Good luck!

Laxatives didnt work for me. & after it gets past a couple days, nothing worked. I had to go to the er one time for an enema. Most embarrassing thing ever! But it felt so good! All I do is drink water now! If you're pregnant, it could be prenatals...

Bowel obstruction is no bueno! My step father knows a man who died a few years ago from it.. his insides basically exploded and had poop leak into his body.. it was coming out of his mouth and everything.

I am worried endo has wrapped around my intestines and is blocking.   I forgot to mention I did try black coffee and dark chocolate. I have IBS, so my poop is always runny.   This is horrible.

You really need to go to the doctor or if the pain is that bad go to the ER. I had to do it when I was pregnant.
