Time for March babies

I'm so excited that our time has finally arrived. Don't know about you other ladies, but my pregnancy went fast. Now that I'm faced with getting the bags packed, having the OB tell me I could be a week or so early, and turning the calendar over in the next couple of days makes it that more "real". The things going through my mind is the fact that my family will be complete with our baby girl and my son, who is only 20 months old, will be a big brother. We are at one centimeter dilated and 50% effaced.
So what are you other March mommies thinking?

My SIL is due March 17th but has her C-section booked for the 12th. As much as I wish she went through with her original plan of a VBAC I am sooo excited to meet my second nephew. I know a few other girls due this month too, and I can't wait to meet their babies. I'm not due until Sept though.

and meet my little girl, of course.  

I'll be 38 weeks tomorrow and also have my weekly check up tomorrow as well. I am very anxious to meet my baby girl, have been for a while now and have been having braxton hicks for the past week. I'm hoping when I go to my check up tomorrow they check me to see if I'm dialated at all.  

I am having my reapeat c section on thursday due to pre-e and labor.

I'm thinking I need to be done like next week! I'm so over this pregnancy and the pain. Granted I only had 2 months to heal before I surprisingly got pregnant again but yeah. I AM DONE! lol

I feel the same way you do pretty much lol. I havent even started to think about packing my bags though. I guess I need to get on top of that lol. I find out tomorrow if I am dialating at all, so thats exciting. My DS is also 20 months, and I am nervous about how he is going to do when my baby girl gets here. Other than all that, I am just exhausted!  

i'm due in a week. but i'm 2 cm dilated and 80 percent effaced. and Dr stretched my cervix out yesterday. which is like stripping the membranes. since yesterday i have been having contractions and had my bloody show. I'm so hoping this means she is coming soon lol

Question mommies... Will they check to see if I'm dialated at all or do I have to ask?

i got checked for the first time at 37 weeks.

They haven't checked me yet and I'll be 38 weeks tomorrow and have a check up tomorrow also, was just wondering if they would automatically do it or if I had to ask.

They should start checking you if they dont i would ask when they plan on doing it since this pregnancy for me was an easier one they waited til my 38th week to even start checking.

So if they don't check me tomorrow, I should ask? Sorry, this is my first pregnancy so I'm unsure. Lol

I would definately ask why they havent checked or are not checking since ur so close to ur due date they may have a reason but i know most drs wait til a couple weeks b4 to check so they dont irritate ur cervix but its that time to keep an eye out for changes

They might tomorrow, I'm hoping they do because every since last Thursday night I been having bad back pains, cramping and lots of pressure
