Old wives tales about getting pregnant.

One of my older neighbors came up to me and placed her hand on my stomach and said "October." Then SO's friend said that pregnancy comes in 3. There two girls who just found out...that leaves me.

Then King of the hill has a pregnancy episode and so does american dad. O.o

Uh. I don't believe in that stuff.

If the neighbor put her hand on my belly. I'd slap her.

I'd think it would be a little bit freaky, but a wives tale is just that, a tale.

OP, what is October suppose to mean? when you'll get pregnant or have a baby? lol that is so odd for someone to do randomly.

I never had the freaky signs of an old lady telling me a month, or tv shows. But where I used to work it always happened in at least 3's. First go around of pregnant ladies there were 3 all due about a week apart from each other. Then the second round of ladies (which was the one I was in) there were 3 of us all due around the same time also. One in august and then me and another girl due a week apart at the end of September.

Right I'd take it as a "you look slightly pregnant" type thing and just...no.

My 1 year old came up to me the other day rubbed my belly and said baby the other day. I was just mad my kids think I am fat  .

which would be a huge slap in the face since she'd only be like a few weeks along at least! lol Not enough for a bump lol

If I was to be pregnant right now, then it would be an october baby.

I AM pregnant. And DD just tells me "no mommy just big" when I tell her there's a baby in there
