Its hard but admitting there is a problem truly is the first step. Its something you will have to work at therapy and medicine can be useful tools but if you dont put the effort in to make it better you cant truly heal. I still battle my depression daily but everyday i try to find something good about my day. I try to set small goals for myself to work up to bigger goals. I am finally ready to attack my biggest goal and my biggest depression trigger. Its taken me years to get here but with effort and a good support system you can be too.
