weird acetone smell

My husband and I noticed several times today that there's a weird acetone/nail polish type smell in our house. We have had issues with our neighbors, and she looks sketchy. She's got sores on her face, and just doesn't act normal. Should I be worried? Am I way off thinking that the smell has to do with drugs? I know it's not nail polish/remover because I have not done my nails in like 5 or 6 months. IDK what to think right now. It is a little worrying though.

I would honestly think meth lab. It has that sort of smell and the weird behavior along with the facial sores seems sketchy to me.

I remember when I was in my teens and people use to dip their joints in embalming fluid (stupid as smurf) and when they would open up the vile of embalming fluid, it smelled like nail polish/nail polish remover.

We have issues with said neighbors a lot so I wouldn't doubt it. I've been waking up with headaches a lot too. Should I call our local narcotics enforcement?

This!!!! (and I'm not pretty sure I know it is) I would be calling the police!

But yea mixed with what everyone else is saying her sores on her face and weird actions she probably is cooking meth.

We have noticed in the past that the smoke we smell coming from there (she chain smokes cigarettes ) has been more of an metallic smelling smoke than normal cigarettes, and obviously not a joint either. We have contacted our management before.

I wasn't a tweeker, but knew plenty of them. I'll be calling are narcotics enforcement about this bull smurf.
