Stupid USPS!!!!! Ugh!

I really hate our postal service. I always have problems with them!

My camera lens was supposed to be here today and instead it's been "bouncing around" in Fayetteville (as the customer service lady put it). I'm pretty sure they don't know what's going on with it. If its lost I'm going to cry!

The 24th at 6:45am it was processed at the sort facility there.
Later the 24th (no time) it departed from there
The 25th at 7:35am it was processed through the SAME faculty again!
Now there's no more tracking. That's tr last thing that happened..

WTH!?

So they opened an investigation as are supposed to call me back tomorrow :/

This exact same thing happened to me a few weeks ago.

I've had a package "in transit" for 4 days now   it's in my city so idk where it is.. I feel your pain!

no I haven't called them. I assume it will get here eventually. The "arrival" date when I ordered it is tomorrow, so if it STILL doesn't get here tomorrow I'm going to call.

They drug me on a week long "investigation"... they didn't find it.

USPS has lost so many of my packages, though.

One time I bought a 450 dollar dress and it got lost by them. I ended up getting refunded after a long battle (stressful even though I had insurance on the package... smurfs)... and then the package showed up four months later. Lol.

That was the only good outcome I've had from them when it comes to lost packages.

After this last package, I won't ever be using them again. I'd rather just shell out some extra money for FedEx.

fedex or ups, not sure which one (my guess is UPS), just threw DH degree on the porch today. NEVER knocked ONCE. If they had of done that yesterday it would have blown away. Literally, we had up 50mph winds at one point.

Like this mail can contain extremely important stuff, you'd think people would try to be careful with it.

I've had issues with UPS.. never with FedEx though. I'm sure they have their moments too, though.

With UPS, this chick literally left my package on top of the hood of my car. no knock or anything. It started raining and it got soaked. Luckily I got to it before it got completely ruined.

It seems that UPS are lazy smurfs. Ugh, when we lived in an apartment they never came to our door, left everything at the office. Which is not their policy. I would take us DAYS or even a week to get our package from the office because I went to work before they opened and came home after they were closed.  

I've never had problems with UPS or FedEx. I live in a small town though and the UPS guy "knows" us. It's the same guy everytime and he's really nice. I don't use FedEx often.

Last time this happened with USPS they actually did lose the package and I still haven't got it. It was a chemistry book and I got sent a new one but it's been since like Jan. 5th and it still never came (the one that was lost)


At this point I don't care if I have to drive to Fayetteville to get it, I will as long as I get my lens! I just spent $1000 on a new camera and I can't even use it bc the stupid USPS apparently has issues!


They closed the sort facility in fort smith and opened a new one in Fayetteville (like an hour away!) I never had a problem with the on in ft. Smith but since they started going to Fayetteville this is the 2nd package that I've had problems with! Makes me so mad!!
