Sleepwalking....

Have you ever or does your kids happen to sleepwalk?
My husband experience this with our daughter last night and it's never happened before.
MY husband said last night he heard our daughter open her bedroom door, but never came out. He looked around the corner and she was just standing there. He spoke to her, but she never said anything.
She just stood there and then peed on the floor. I don't know if she thought she was in the bathroom or what.
He said after she was done, he said she tried to just get back in bed and didn't realize what she had done. He said he asked her about it today, but she didn't remember any of it.
Weird.... She's 3 BTW.

My brother sleep walks and always has. It used to freak me out as a kid. But I got used to it as we got older. Hes started laundry and made sandwiches in his sleep. And the big thing he has ALWAYS done is walk around checking all the doors and windows to make sure they are locked.

Is she coming down with a fever? My little brother used to sleepwalk the night before he spiked a fever or got sick. He'd do the weirdest things, sometimes he'd just sit bolt upright in bed staring at the wall and other times he'd come right downstairs but he'd freak out over bits of fluff on the carpet. The only way to bring him round was to talk calmly to him and give him a drink of juice. Hopefully your DD's was a one off, my brother used to scare me lol x

my littlest sister had sleep walked for as long as i can remember.
We always shared a room and i always had insomnia as a child so would watch her climb out of bed and walk around the room. she'd open draws and take her clothes out and put them back in and then get back into be. Sometimes she'd get onto my bed and stay there the night.
I always used to be so freaked out by it casue it was like she just weren't there at all. so weird!
Once, after we'd moved house, she got up like normal and walked straight into a chest of drawers, hit her head and climbed back into bed. i couldn't helpp but laugh. lol!
She still does it now at 21.

It's kinda scary. I'm always afraid of her trying to go outside, or ya know run bath water and get it and drown. I'm a worry wart.
