How old is your 3rd grader??

I am just wondering becuase I feel like my niece is really behind due to her parents lack of well parenting .. thanks ..

You're suppose to be 8 turning 9 in the third grade.

My son was 8 through most of third grade. He turned 9 May 30th, and they got out of school June 3rd or so.

Okay so she isnt to behind   thanks she is 10 going on 11 in Nov.

My daughter will turn 9 a month into 3rd grade.
Your niece may not behind, my daughter is older then all her classmates due to her bday. She had to wait an entire year to start school cause she missed the cut off.

She will be 11 in 3rd...grade so I would say she is behind

Did they hold her back for any reason? I have a friend whos son is 11 in 3rd grade, they held him back cause he wasnt ready to go to 4th
