Age gap?

DH and I eventually want a third child. We currently have 2 under 2, so we have been contemplating when to TTC the next one. The biggest issue is that we dont want the age difference to be too big because I dont want #3 to feel left out of the closeness of #1 & #2. Is this dumb? I know we have at LEAST a year and a half before we even think about it, but i was just hoping maybe someone had some advice?

Don't bother with planning as it doesnt always work out. We wanted a 2ish year age gap, and now the best I can hope for is 5.

My first two are 16 months apart and the one im due with no will be a little over three years apart from my oldest and two years apart from my youngest.I really hope it's a girl it will be my last pregnancy.

Sometimes the age between the children don't make as much difference then just the personality of the kids. I have HUGH age gape between my kids from my first marriage and my kids from my second marriage. I have a 19 year old son, twin son and daughter who are 17,a 15 year old stepdaughter , a 13 month old daughter and currently 21 weeks pregnant. The older children adore their baby sister and want to spoil her all the time. Heck one of my son is always taking pictures of his baby sister and can't wait for the new one to be born. I would have wait longer between my youngest daughter and the new baby but the doctor recommended we didn't wait longer then a year to try again due to our ages. Good luck on whatever you decide.
