Urinary tract infection in boys

Yesterday and today my son said his pee pee hurts when alot of pee comes out. This morning when he woke up he peed and kind of screamed when he went and he said it hurt. He's been having a lot of accidents at school lately and at home. Could this be a UTI?

That's what it sounds like. I would take him to the doctor.
