I really want a girl. I have two boys. Were planning on ttc on new years eve. I know is a while from now but was just curious on what crazy things you mommas have done to get a girl. Am I more likely to have another boy since I have two boys already?

yes I think the odd are you're more likely to have another boy since you already have two.

there is no sure way imo to pick the gender of your next baby. sorry

Using the shettles method... to sway the odds of getting a girl, you'd have sex two days before ovulation.

A lot of people swear by having sex a couple of days before ovulation. It's based on the theory that X sperm are slower, but live longer than their Y counterparts.

Shettles has been debunked. There's no sure fire method. GL!

I have 2 boys myself, Im not sure about your chances of havıng another boy I belıeve everyone is different. However all I can say is refrain yourself from getting your hopes up, I used the shettles method thıs time around to the last detail and its been confirmed I'm carrying another boy. Dısheartened wasn't the word, I wıll fully and openly admit ı crıed at the ultrasound and it took me a whıle to come around to the idea of another boy as I had created my daughter ın my head already. I soon snapped out of ıt though and understood there are women out there who can even get pregnant so ıts ımportant just to apprecıate what we are gıven   GL for your gırl xx

that's how I felt when I was told baby #2 was a boy. it was really tought on me and held my tears back at my scan so I wouldnt get judged by everyone around me. however I got used to the idea and was over the moon to have another baby boy.

I'm pregnant again and the idea of having a girl this time is terrifying. I m so used to have boys lol

I really want a girl this time around too but, I don't think I'll get one. I'm the only girl out of 5 brothers and DH has NO sisters out of 6 kids. Hardly any girls on any side haha

My husband's family is very big, the brothers have all had 4 boys to one girl, the odds are really not in my favour so I have just accepted and will always accept I'm destined to be a mother to only boys lol

I have two sons & I'm pregnant with our first girl. I did nothing special that I can think of. She was a "surprise". After two miscarriages we had decided no more kids & then *poof* I'm pregnant & it's a girl.

hard to say, my boyfriends mom had 7 boys. And then she finally had a girl with her next husband. Could it be something to do with the guy? I have no idea.

I was really sad and depress when they told me I was having a boy the second time. Took awhile to to gwt used to the idea cause o really wanted a girl. but I love my boys so muchh wouldnt trade them for anything

I only have one but I wanted a girl soo bad (which I got) and the whole time I felt so selfish for wanting a girl so bad, obviously I just want a healthy baby!! but I was seriously dreaming pink, and I feel like I wouldn't be as complete without my girl, kinda like my spruce feels about his boy. lol, we go shopping for clothes and he is always looking at the boy clothes, like "If I had a boy he would be balllin in this outfit!!" ....next one I don't care, I am just glad to know I got my girl, also my boyfriends mom had 7 boys so I probably also wanted a assurance that I would eventually get my girl!
