Typically there's pain to the area, its red and warm to the touch. Also when you point your toes to your knee (like stretching your leg) it kills. If you're concerned though your doctor can order some tests to see if you have one or not.

Get it checked out. I'm sure you remember reading some of my posts. My clot started in my leg, and its common during pregnancy.
