lost my phone..can they see what's on my memory card??

I lost my phone and I'm pretty sure someone took it right away because when i called it 30 mins later it went straight to voicemail and I had full battery. I'm freaking out because I'm worried that whoever took it is going to look the pics and videos on there  ( hundreds pics of my son , naked pics of me, personal pics etc)

are they saved to your memory card.. did you have a lock on your phone?

If they're saved to your SD card..yes. all they have to do is put the card in their computer.


Unless your phone had a lock on it & no memory card (like dh's pics get saved to his phone bc it has internal memory)

i think they were saved to the memory card.... i did have a lock on the phone. but i know u can take out memory cards and see whats on them with another phone... . I took out my bd's card once and show his pics on my phone.

if it was on there they can see it. i would send a text that says i am reporting my phone stolen and they will use my gps tracking to find it. i did this when SO lost his phone & tn then somebody found it and turned it in

then yea if they were saved to the sd card it can be seen on another phone if they put it in, or on a computer because i know some sd cards can fit into bigger sd cards(digital camera memory cards)

hmmm im not sure how that works. i would think they could track it with the phones serial number but if her phones locked they couldn't read the text messagess anyway.

OP can you manage your pics and info that's on your phone online. when i had t mobile i could view /remove all my pics & contacts online

I'm hoping they just took it out and tossed it ....the thought of someone looking at ALL my pics is beyond creepy.
