Maybe I'm missing it since it's broken up weird on my phone but how did it die?

What part makes you sad? The part that he got cited or was riding it? It's okay to capture or do whatever with dolphins in zoos but it's not okay to get in touch with nature? Do you have to be national geographic certified in order to be up close with mammals, etc? I think it's a bullsmurf fine

You know, I don't think a sperm whale is going to think a man riding him is any more harsh than a bunch of 'rescuers' who are going to do more to the whale.

The part that made him think riding a snake is okay. I'm not find of trainers riding orcas in captivity.

That is sad that the whale died, but I don't think he had anything to do with the death.

I totally agree with you on this don't get me wrong, but slapping a fine on someone is smurfing ridiculous. Like I said, it's okay for National Geographic, or Scientists or whoever else but you have to be "certified" It's dumb. Certified for what? Next we aren't going to be allowed to rescue dying animals.. Oh wait... we're not
