I would absolutely tell a woman she should have been on the pill if she didn't want to get pregnant. You don't want kids take responsibility and protect yourself. Don't rely on other people to do it for you. I'm not saying it isn't wrong a deceitful to get pregnant on purpose but it IS very stupid to allow yourself to be placed in that position by not being responsible for your own BC.
