What to feed toddlers with diarrhea?

Both my toddlers have horrible diarrhea. What are some things I can feed them to help with this??

BRAT diet

BRAT diet, along with yogurt.

Keep hydrated, Gatorade, pedialyte.

Brat diet. Banana rice apple toast or a plain baked potato maybe oatmeal also coconut water or pedialyte for hydration

Ok, I have no idea what brat diet means.

but I used to have this problem with my babies when we lived in Mexico. I didn't have access to a good doctor there, so I would give them bread. My philosophy was that a lot of bread can cause constipation, so what better to stop diarrhea?

Thank you!! Then what I was thinking is about right, rice and toast are both about the same as bread. ;)
