This lady went to the clinic to terminate her 23 weeks pregnancy and they gave her medication to dilate her cervix. The doctor was running late and as she sat in the reclining chair, she went into labor and delivered a live baby girl. That's when this developed into one of the most shocking "abortion" stories I've ever heard. The clinic then cut the newborn's umbilical cord, placed the baby in a biohazard bag, and threw it in the trash Now the woman is trying to sue the clinic for "murdering" her child, a lot of people is debating if she has the ground to even sue, because she wants the baby dead and she is dead ..... what do you think?

well...
she didnt go there to give birth to her daughter.
she went there for an abortion.
the clinic caused undue stress and emotional harm to her. and they did legally murder a child.
but i dont think she should sue for murder... but she still has every right to sue

i don't know...but if this story is true it makes me sick. america has fallen so far. babies are murdered every day and noone stops it. why this woman didn't think about her little girl's life before she went in to have her killed is beyond me.

wow that is very shocking. just for the fact that the baby was thrown away alive i believe that the clinic needs to be reviewed but i dont think she should be able to sue. that is very difficult. it was very early on and unless they sent baby girl directly to a nicu hospital she wouldnt have lived long anyway. btw why wouldnt she have went into the trash to get her baby out if she was that concerned about it??? even though i would NEVER be the one to get an abortion so i cant say that would be the situation but i woudl go after my baby is someone did something like that to my baby. really sounds like she just wants money though.

If the baby took a breath outside the womb then the doctor is considered guilty of murder. It's an odd case thats for sure.

the same way they can kill the baby before they deliver it. because babies have been stripped of their right to life.

She went in to get an abortion, not to give birth and have someone kill the child. lol
