I don't know my SO..

I was really bored so I decided to look up my SOs name on google.. I found out some interesting things I didn't know about him like past girlfriends and he has a sister he doesn't speak to anymore I knew nothing about this. Also he has profiles on like 5 different dating sites. Idk what to do should I be worried? We have been dating for 2 years and have a kid together..

I'd be concerned if it seemed like there was recent activities on the dating sites... my DH has an account on a dating site, but he never gets on it anymore. And not knowing he had a sister, well... he may not have thought it was really necessary for you to know?

I think the dating sites are old.. It says his current age though does it just update your age automatically? And yeah he has a sister on his fathers side he doesn't talk to his father so I don't know anything abount that side

If he has been active on the dating sites then yes I would be worried.

Exs shouldnt be a big deal  
And the fact that he doesnt talk to his sister is probably the same reason he doesnt talk ABOUT her. Theres a reason

how do you look someone up? type in their whole name? i tried to google my SO and there is all this other stuff about these people who arent my SO

that doesnt mean anything. they use the birthdate and update automatically. new photos or info would be a different story

Full name and the city and state they live in.

I looked up his first and last name and the state and city we live in. I found his old myspace form spring and tons of dating site profiles

I personally think you should know about the sister. I've cut off contact with my brother but dh still knows I have a brother. Same with an uncle I haven't seen since I was 5, I just tell him I don't like to talk about it so we don't talk about it.
