My heart breaks for you. I can't even stop crying.

I lost my best friend three years ago due to suicide and for the longest time I blamed everyone including myself. If someone would have just listened more or helped more. I couldn't understand why someone would do such a thing.

He was everything I looked for in a relationship AND friendship. Handsome, charming, smart and everything else wonderful. I knew he suffered from depression and I knew he hurt. He was on anti-depressants and they seemed to help for a for years. Anytime he had a problem he would drive to me or call me. That time he didn't. I'll never forget the phone call or walking into his apartment after they had taken him away. Thinking about him hanging himself and about all the sadness he had was heart breaking. It's a numb feeling at first like it's just a dream. Then it hurts worse than anything. Knowing they decided to end their life. He was only 24. So young, so much more to live for.


Your friend was and still is beautiful. She just couldn't find a better out and it breaks my heart. I hope you find the comfort you need. It won't come soon and time really doesn't heal all wounds as people say. I wish it did. If you need ANYTHING. Please, feel free to PM me.
