What medications worked for you while breast feeding for ppd? Did they cause any effect in your newb?

I was on generic Paxil. It worked great and didn't effect baby at all. I started on a 20mg dose and upped it to 30 after a month.

You should look into some natural remdies,
Flax oil/ or fish oil to get in some omega's
You can try Sam-E complex. It has always helped me with depression.
Also exercise do you have a jogging stroller or a baby carrier? Going for a walk in a beautiful place with your newborn is sure to boost your spirit.
Maybe look into counseling as well.
*hugs I hope everything turns over quickly mama!

The fact that you are looking into things is a good start. Have you talked to a doctor yet about PPD? It took me a long time to drag my butt into the doctors but im glad that I finally did

Just talked to my doctor today. Did some researching about medications and what not. BFing is really important to me as well.
