bm for ear ache?

I have a ear ache really bad and I heard you can put breast milk in it to help. Is that true? Does it help with the pain or just help it heal faster? TIA

Yes it is true. That or garlic oil but bm probably works better. Heals it and helps pain

I did it 3 years ago and it cleared it up by the next morn. I have one again and since last night I've been putting bm in there and my throat hurts bad on that side so be been gargling it. Well no relief. It's getting worse. I was actually just about to post my sad news that bm failed me and now I'm on my way to the dr cause I can't swallow and my ear has so much pressure it's hurting my head.

Eek! Raw honey, ceyanne pepper and braggart apple cider vinegar will clear you right up. No more sore throat. Garlic oil in the ears. You can make it too from garlic and olive oil.

Yeah went to the dr and there's no infection. Just pressure from my sinuses I guess   so I wasted my time. I could have just sat at home and slept   I guess I'll just go do my Netipot. I didn't think my sinuses were swollen since I can actually breathe. Gah. Tricky stuff.

Yes eat the honey : ) mix in warm water with lemon.juice and a sprinkle of ceyanne pepper. Add braggs apple cider vinegar 1 tap.

If you get a netipot don't use tap water

I've been doing Netipot for years and I never heard no tap water   well or city?!?! I was told don't use table salt but that's it. Hmmmm...

Bc of bacteria in the water. I saw it on an episode of house once and was like nag that's not true but looked it up.

Can I boil the tap water? Wouldn't that kill the bacteria? It makes sense. I just never would have thought of that haha.
