I understand what he's saying, but I think it's a stupid statement. If anything women are far too likely to ignore danger then to randomly shoot someone. I mean, more often women will talk themselves out of their fear, and they'll ignore the dangers, telling themselves they're being stupid. I think his idea that women carrying guns are just going to start shooting random people out of fear is totally misguided.
