I know this sounds smurffy... but don't seek help from your church on this. They might make it worse. Seek an actual counselor, one with no religious affiliation if possible.

you did not kill your baby. the smurf that raped you caused it all. please dont blame yourself.

I felt this exact same way and still do, but once you hold your baby you will fall in love and should accept that you did what you did, otherwise you wouldn't have this baby.
