Way to go !! It is much better for u than regular cigarettes i smoked for 11 years it was very hard for me to quit
Would you consider someone using an inhaler smoking? That's what's an e-cig basically is, just inhaling air with "medication" (aka nicotine). There is nothing burning, and therefore not smoking. So yes, if you just use e-cigs you quit smoking. I also don't see nicotine being any worse than caffeine or alcohol. Quitting smoking or chewing tobacco is HUGE because they cause all kinds of diseases, esp lung and mouth cancers, but stuff like patches, gum, and e-cigs are used the same way caffeine and alcohol are, to make the person feel good (in moderation, of course).

Caffiene i just cut out of my house i didnt realize how addictive it was until i cut it out
Obviously it differs from person to person..I consier it having fully quit because I know several people who haven't smoked in 5 plus years but still chew the gum/lozenge . Nicotine isn't the best , but it's no worse than what's in a lot of stuff out there considered "okay" . The worst part of smoking is the tar, arsenic, ammonia, and other carcinogens, on top of the smoke itself. To each their own , right.
