You go in, fill out some paperwork and get your blood drawn. I'm fairly sure you pay for a blood test. I know poas is free if pregnant, pay if not.

How long will it take to get results? When I got a blood draw with DD I knew instantly (four hours) because I was at the fertility doctor when I found out I was pregnant with her.
