Home Health Aids?

I currently work at a privately owned health clinic. I hate it there. I hate the politics of it. I know most people don't, but I enjoy hospice and home health..I did a rotation last semester and I really enjoyed it. What certifications did you need to do home health? How do you like it?

I have to ask, HOW?!?!?!?!?!? Do you like that???? I'm a terrible person, I know.

I'm pretty sure the only requires is your CNA certification in whatever state you want to practice in. And that's like a 6-9week course that you only need BLS to get into.

I either like feeling like I'm actually helping someone, or seeing some really grody smurf. Opposite ends of the spectrum, I know. I already have my cna... I should be done nursing school next year. We'll see though
