Massage it. Nurse nurse nurse. Try putting LOs bottom lip towards the clog. Take a hot shower and massage it.

All this plus try a warm compress on it before you nurse or message it toward your nipple. Have baby lie on his/her back and dangle your breast in his/her mouth with the bottom lip toward the clog and nurse.

Just keep offering that side until it empties, you can hand express it out depending where it is, if you need to.

That's where dangle nursing comes in handy.

Like I said, lay her on the floor and dangle your breast into her mouth to nurse. You can put her chin anywhere it needs to be that way.
I had a HUGE clogged duct with my daughter, it actually turned into mastitis, and the only way that worked to unclog it was to dangle feed her for 48 hours straight. Every time she wanted to nurse I would do it for two whole days.

what do you mean by "dangle nursing"? :s

and could it be from feeding from one side all night?

Read the post above yours.

And yeah that can clog it if she's blocking the milk because of the angle she's at.

Dangle feeding is uncomfortable but not as bad as mastitis.
