Teething spots

My LO has spots from dribbling from teething. Apart from the obvious keeping it as clean and dry as able, are there any other tips to help with it please?
Its not bothering him as yet, I just dont want it to get worse.

Do you mean the saliva is making him break out on his face?
Lanolin or another water deterent cream that is safe for ingestion around his mouth and in his neck folds will keep it from being chapped or getting a rash from his drool

Yes im guessing its the saliva making him break out. Ah I didnt think of the lanolin. Been trying to think of something safe to go by his mouth. Thanks loads!
