I am not hungry for anything in paticular so I need some ideas. I have chicken breasts, pork chops and bacon. Not much else. What would you make? Also what is your go to snack that's healthy during pregnancy? I'm already very, very overweight so I'm trying my best not to gain more weight than absolutly neccesary.

I adore chicken ceasar salad. Some would argue about how healthy it is, but I don't think it is bad if you cut out the cheese and croutons, just put the romaine lettuce, baked or grilled chicken, and two spoonfuls of the dressing. Idk if you have everything to make that, but with DD1 I was straight up addicted to ceasar salads, and still love them now.

My husband would never eat a BLT. He would claim he's not a rabbit. I like hard boiled eggs but I get awful gas from them. I've never maid terriyaki chicken, could you give me your recipe?

I put lite terriyaki sauce, orange juice, a tsp of soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, and onion powder and marianate the chicken for about a 1/2 hour since my kids get so impatient lol...My BLTS consist of lots of bacon, miracle whip and tomatoes no lettuce.   Problem is bacon is so expensive that feeding my hubby and kids these becomes a little expensive. Right now I don't eat a lot of potatoes or rice so i'm at a loss with that but you could use the eggs to bread the chicken or pork chops and use the rice as a stuffing.

Thanks everyone! I am so very tired of my recipe's and hopefully as soon as I can make it to the grocery store I'll stock up on a few things again and try the terriyaki chicken. Does anyone have a good fried chicken recipe where the chicken will not get so dried out?

There are some great sites out there to find new recipes (I love foodgawker.com).

And if you're trying to watch your weight, I'd recommend staying away from fried foods, there are some good recipes for baked chicken with a crust so it tastes a little more like fried.

Thanks I'll check it out. My husband always wants everything fried. It drives me nuts! I love using my small indoor grill or my oven and I use it as often as I can but he complains so sometimes I'll just make something really simple on the side and let him have his fried foods.
