unisom and benadryll are both safe during pregnancy

yes benadryl is safe to take. i only took tylonal when i was pregnant though. but you can take benadryl.

I love unisom on terrible days of no sleep but I hate how if I don't sleep at least 8-10 hours I am drousy all day lol...I imagine that is probably any sleep aid lol.
