placenta encapsulation!
i personally do not do it, buttt im bored and want to see if anyone has ever done it? i read online about the benefits of it, so what are you opinions on it?

I think the health benefits are great, but I, personally, would not do it. I can't get past the idea of eating something that was expelled from my body. Ick.

Oh that's gross. I couldn't do it. But there was this one lady on BG that did it and used it in ice trays after a home birth. Maybe someone will remember her profile..

I've always been intrigued by the idea, but I'm too lazy to do it myself, and I doubt I could find anyone around here who knew how to do it for me, haha.

the health benefits are great, but i personally couldn't do it neither lol! my cousins wife does it though!
